Accommodation is on the ground level and set apart from the main house.
Each of the guest suites has a separate entrance and is located in the delightful gardens of an 18th century Grade II listed cottage and forge six miles north west of Lyndhurst.
Ideally located for exploring the New Forest, beaches, Salisbury and the Isle of Wight.
The three en-suite guest rooms are self-contained and completely private.
Every room has facilities for making refreshments and light meals.
Prices are for room only. Guests can either cater for themselves, or for a supplement, have a full cooked breakfast in our separate dining room.
There are a selection of DVDs, books and magazines to enhance your stay and everyone has access to a separate guest patio and barbeque area.
